Have to compliment Guna for a job well done! Had an issue with the heater switch and got the company to come check and replace it. It was a 2-way switch so it was a bit complicated, at least for me. Guna took no time to check both switches first and then advised that only 1 needed to change as the terminals had melted. Proceeded to change out the switch panel and tested both switches a few times to make sure all worked well. Confident, compose and got the issue fixed in a short time.

Service was very prompt. Socket spoil and they arranged for a technician to come on the same day to check and replace the spoilt socket. Guna checked both the supply and the socket when I told him that there was a problem and promptly replaced the socket. Thank you for your service

4 years later, glad to engage Daylight Electrician again to fix a lighting fault issue. As usual, they are very responsive. The electrician, Guna is experience and knowledgeable. He immediately point out the fault upon inspection, and provided clear explanation when asked about the circuit system. Issue was rectified within 30 mins. Once again, satisfied and happy with the overall experience with Daylight Electrician. Highly recommended. 2022 review: Customer service officers Jackie and Rose were responsive, polite and helpful throughout the communication. They were able to address my queries over WhatsApp. The electrician, Aru, who did the inspection and installation was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to identify the issue upon inspecting the wire and provide a solution on the spot. He also provided a clear explanation on what and how the work will be performed. After completion of installation, he cleaned up the work area and checked to ensure that the sockets are working well. Overall, the experience with the team has been great. Highly recommended for their professionalism.

My water heater in the shower ceiling encountered a tripping. I requested for Guna's service and he settled the issue the same day, saving me some money. Guna is a well-mannered, experienced gentleman who readily and clearly explains the cause of loose wiring, not water leaking or heater faulty. I find charge reasonable compared to some quoting $300 for transport/diagnostic, exclusive of parts.

Sent WhatsApp enquiry at 6pm on Tuesday, appointment fixed within the next 45mins. Guna arrived punctually at 9am on Thursday with all the equipment he needed. He even brought along a ladder, there was nothing I need to provide or prepare at my end. He very quickly changed my store room light, all done within 15 minutes!

Appreciate Guna arriving 15min earlier than arranged. Very friendly and gentle. Thankful that he managed to replace our toilet lights smoothly when we couldn't ourselves cos of the rusty nails. Dec 2025, I had been meaning to install additional smart switches to my bathroom lights and water heater. And since those switches require neutral wire to work, I had engaged Daylight again to install the neutral wires. Unbeknownst to me, according to the electrician that came over [Mr Aru] informed me that my existing water heater already has neutral wire connected to it. All there is to do is to link that wire to the adjacent light switches. So that's a relief knowing that I do not need to install any neutral wire. All thanks to Mr Aru's advice. All I have to do afterwards [following the wire re-connection] is to pair up the switches to my app and Alexa. And all done. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * [Previous Review] Again, Dalight Electrician never disappoints and exceeds my expectations. I had engaged in their services a few times. Among them was to rectify the power trip in my flat when my ceiling leaked water. And they fixed it professionally and efficiently. This time around I engaged again in their services to install my kitchen ceiling lights. From the normal lamps to track lights. And again, they did the job as expected. Had a downed electrical socket for my dishwasher. Electrician Aru came down, diagnosed the issue and fixed it up in under 15 minutes. He shared that it was due to prior improper installation, and that he had replaced the part. Our dishwasher is now able to run again, with minimal interruption – reported the issue this morning and the an appointment was scheduled for the same afternoon.
